'Endless Altars' was a two week long art exhibit that I solo curated and was shown at You Belong Here, 3619 El Cajon Blvd, San Diego, CA 92104 and ran from April 6th to April 21st, 2024. In order to reach as many artists a possible, I held a one month open call in February and found artists from San Diego, Los Angeles, Tijuana, El Paso and Dallas.

With over 30 artists included and a variety of mediums and styles, they collectively showcased their unique perspectives on this fascinating theme by exploring the boundless creativity and diverse interpretations inspired by the concept of altars.

Whether it's a reflection of personal beliefs, cultural traditions, or imaginative expressions, all the artists captured the essence of endless possibilities within the realm of altars. It was celebrating the infinite ways we can construct and perceive altars in our daily lives.
